Account issues

Trouble signing in, resetting a forgotten password, changing the email address or username on your account, or deleting your account and the content attached to it.

Bug reports

Anything broken: crashes, posts or images that won't upload, ratings that don't save, events that don't appear, or screens that behave differently than you'd expect.

General questions

How a feature works, how to report a post or comment that breaks the rules, or a question about your data and privacy. Requests to access or delete your personal information go to the same address — see the Privacy Policy for what you can ask for.

What to include

You don't need all of this, but the more you include, the faster we can help:

• The username or email address on your CineCircle account
• Your device and OS version (for example, iPhone 15 running iOS 18)
• The version of the app you're running
• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
• A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see
